On a business trip, you will be in the immediate vicinity of the university, EM Strasbourg, the Robert Schuman International School as well as the Faculty of Psychology or the Faculty of Economics. 🛗The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator. 🛏️ This wonderful apartment is composed of two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, perfect for a trip with family or friends. 🚿🧼The first bedroom has a water point with mirror. 🚿🧼The apartment is also equipped with a bathroom with a walk-in shower. 🚽 A separate toilet completes the apartment 🛋️ The spacious living room, with its comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, is perfect for a well-deserved rest after a beautiful day of sightseeing between Petit France and Contades. 🍽️ You will find everything you need to prepare your meals in the contemporary kitchen, fully equipped and with a large and beautiful wooden island. (American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, toaster, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine) 🌞 A balcony with a table and two chairs is at your disposal. 🛍️If you prefer to dine outside, you will find many restaurants nearby: Vauban, Orangerie and Neustadt are very lively neighborhoods, with pleasant cafes and restaurants. 👣 Your stay in a few figures: ⛪ 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral, 🌉 30 minutes walk from Petite France, 🚄 15 minutes walk from the train station 🛍️ 500m from the Place des Halles shopping center 🌳 15 minutes walk from the Parc de l’Orangerie, 🚃 200m from the Observatoire tram station is served by lines C, E and F 🚃Line C connects Strasbourg central station and Homme de Fer station in the heart of the historic center, 🚃This station is also served by line F which stops at Observatoire station, 🚃Line E which takes you to the European Parliament. 🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: 🧹 cleaning will be done, 🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, bed linen for the sofa bed will be at your disposal, 🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat for the bathroom and a tea towel per kitchen, 📶 free WIFI connection House rules: 🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. 🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees. ⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited. 🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the toilets. 🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 60 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ cleaning fees will be charged 📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force.
