It is located in a quiet building at the foot of the Dominican church and its Christmas market in December. 🛍️ You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the various tourist and cultural centers of interest in Colmar. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. The apartment has 3 steps. 🅿️ You can take advantage of a private garage (vehicle under 1m80) which is located in the basement of "22 rue du rempart" under the MERCURE hotel (it’s 350 meters on foot from the apartment). ⚠️ The apartment and the garage are not in the same place. The car park access remote control is on the kitchen table, you have to walk to the apartment before accessing the car park. 👟 The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. 🅿️ In front of the Mercure Hotel you will find free parking spaces for 30 minutes with a parking disc (blue disc). 🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you. 📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force.
