The brand new home features has been outfitted to be the ultimate vacation rental with a private hot tub, huge covered deck with outdoor dining table, gas fire pit and a BBQ Grill as well ping pong and shuffleboard table in the garage. The home is perfect for multiple families as it features a 2nd living space with a cocktail arcade game (with 60 classic games), TV and queen pull out sofa. The newly renovated Durango Hot Springs is just a 1/2 mile from the home and Dalton Ranch Golf Course along with PJs Market and a great liquor store are just across highway 550 only a mile from the house. Bed Configuration: Single Level Master - King with TV and gas fireplace (en suite bathroom) 2nd Master - King and TV (en suite bathroom) 3rd - King and TV (shares bathroom with 4th bedroom) 4th - Bunk Bed (Queen over Queen) and Twin pull out 2nd Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa The home is NOT pet friendly. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
