Villa Esther is a sophisticated five bedroom property with fantastic sweeping views over the bay of Cala Jondal, home to the world famous Blue Marlin and three other wonderful beach clubs. The home is grand and suitable for hosting large family holidays providing enough space for guests to enjoy the stunning view and be entertained next to the wonderful sea view pool (10m x 5m).
Villa Esther has recently been renovated and never fails to impress with its unique range of Mid-Century vintage furniture and large ocean-themed photography prints decorating the whitewashed walls. Extensive glazing invites an excellent quality of natural light at all times during the day. The house has a large open-plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Sensitive partitions and careful orientation, positions Villa Esther to cleverly invite guests to enjoy shimmering sea views and communicate with the coastal vernacular.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
