A charming and private 4-suite property located in the exclusive and well-known Mesa de Yeguas Country Club condominium, surrounded by large golf courses and mountains covered by lush forests.
The house was designed following the typical design of the region, aiming to make the most of the breeze and natural light, with large doors and windows, which open to the outside as if they were complements to the rooms of the house, creating a sensation of fantastic spaciousness.
Likewise, the kitchen also opens to both the outside and the large dining room, accommodating large groups of guests very easily. Its 4 suites provide comfort and relaxation for up to 14 guests and all overlook nature and outside areas of the house.
The exclusive Mesa de Yeguas Country Club, in addition to its huge golf courses with high technical specifications, also has areas to enjoy various types of water sports, tennis courts, restaurant, surveillance and 24-hour security.
