Located on a private road, the home sits on a grassy quarter acre, fenced-in to ensure safety for the whole family. The professionally-designed interior features an open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings and clean, crisp white walls. Tall, large windows surround the main living area, bringing in a ton of natural light. Gather and relax in the airy, bright great room with a cozy mid-century style wood fireplace and a Smart TV. Play lively background music using the Sonos and Bluetooth speaker system. Whip up a delicious breakfast in the spacious, updated island kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge. Sip coffee brewed with the Nespresso machine at the breakfast area with seating for three. Break bread in the open dining room with a table that seats six and overlooks the backyard. Access the landscaped rear yard through glass doors by the dining area. Perfect for summer entertaining and dining al fresco, the yard features a patio and a charcoal grill. Retire to the three lovely bedrooms, including the primary suite and two guest rooms that share a bath. In its own wing, the gorgeous primary bedroom suite contains sliding glass windows opening out onto the patio, a walk-in closet, and a master bath complete with spa-like pebble floors, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.
