In front of the house, there are numerous restaurants offering Dalmatian specialties as well as nice café bars where you can taste top quality wines and party until late into the night. The house has three pretty bedrooms offering comfortable accommodation for 6 persons. The second floor is in the attic where the lowest ceiling height amounts to 170 cm. From the living room, there is an exit onto the terrace with an exceptional view on the town cathedral and its bell tower. Parking is public and paid. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided. This property comes with Free Air Conditioning.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
