The modern holiday home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a living room with kitchen, so there is plenty of space for one or two families that want to enjoy a relaxing holiday together. The owners of the house are true animal lovers, and therefore you can take up to five pets with you!
Outside, the private pool with hydromassage offers cooling and relaxation on hot days. In the evening you can grill together on one of the terraces in the pleasant climate and enjoy the pure holiday atmosphere.
There are restaurants and supermarket within walking distance of the holiday home. The beach is about 10 minutes away by car, so you can easily enjoy a holiday with lots of sun and swimming fun. Explore beautiful Istria with its many exciting destinations.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
