By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, newly added washing machine, American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a disco shower :) This self contained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has lovely views - looking out over the Downs There is a sofa bed in the lounge, wall mounted Tv, Wifi, and space for 2 cars. This is to book the whole house, I am based in the flat next door so available if you need anything :) Easily contactable, in adjacent property. Just up the road you can walk out into the South Downs, you can even grab fish and chips on the way at the Woodingdean Fish Bar. Also not far from Brighton and Hove Albion’s footie stadium, perfect for a base if going to a gig, or a match. You can walk down to the beach at Rottingdean, which has a beautiful village pond and a great chippy, perfect for fish and chips on the beach at sunset. Just a few minutes walk to the 2 bus stop, which goes into Brighton, also the number 22 and 52 run nearby. An Uber to the train station is about £12. Easy, free parking at the house :) Please no parties, or music after 11pm, house is in a lovely quiet residential area and I wouldn’t like to disturb the neighbours. There isn’t access to a garden but Woodingdean Central Park is at the bottom of the road with all kinds of play equipment and football goals, tennis courts, great for families. License:
