Apartment Ivona is located 600 meters from the nearest beach and 1.2 kilometers from the Unesco-protected Old Town, Villa Lia offers air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-fi, satellite Tv and parking. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue in the garden, and outside shower.
The 30 m² ground-floor apartment provides a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a modern daylight living room opens directly onto your private terrace, which is furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a parasol. It is ideal for relaxing in the shade of the trees. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a digital Tv with cable and satellite channels and a dining table with chairs. The light built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200 Cm), bedside tables with reading lamps, and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The lightly tiled daylight bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A cot and a washing machine are available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
Ivona apartment is tastefully decorated apartment and very suitable for the family with children, because only 50 meters for the apartment is a children’s park with fun gadgets for children and fitness equipment for moms. Enjoying the natural environment, interact comfortably with preparing the grill.
Bar and grocery shop can be found just 100 meters from Villa Lia, and there is a restaurant 300 meters. Tennis courts are about 1200 meters away. Local buses stop just 150 meters. The main bus station and ferry port are located in the Gruz area of Dubrovnik, about 2.5 km away.
Although the owner who lives on the upper floor is always mindful of your privacy, she is happy to assist with any queries. Your pet is also welcome.
