This unit is very close to the community pool, includes parking (free), and guests enjoy the added benefit of 24hr security at the front gate. Only a few minute’s drive to Red Hook, where many shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife can be found - plus the ferry to St. John!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and may also be required to add a credit card for incidentals. If you'd like more information, please just ask and we'll be happy to explain. A damage deposit "authorization hold" will be placed 24 hours before arrival and released within 7 days of departure.
