Only 10 km south of Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Adriatic and Unesco World Heritage on the Adriatic coast is Villa Soline.
A sunny hillside and a breathtaking view of the wide sea await you.
A stairway leads directly past the villa to the beach with crystal clear water and a private atmosphere. You will often be the only bathers there.
For pool lovers, our private 50sqm heated pool is at your disposal. It is equipped with a geyser, waterfall and massage jets.
The villa itself extends to 440 square meters of living space on 3 floors.
On the ground floor are the kitchen, living room, dining room, glass veranda, grill room, lounge, bathroom with shower and laundry room.
Outside there are approx. 150 square meters of terraces and an open covered pavilion.
The first floor has space for 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the second with a large double bed. There is also a second kitchen, a second dining room, bathroom with shower and a living room with sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
The balcony is very spacious with 36 sqm as well as the 2 adjoining terraces with 16 sqm each (one of them covered).
Two bedrooms are on the top floor, a smaller bathroom with shower and a large bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, sauna, toilet and whirlpool.
The outside areas consist of a large balcony (36 sqm) and 2 smaller ones (east and west).
All rooms have southern sea views and are equipped with a total of 5 Lcd Tv (multilingual programs).
The air conditioner has 3 outdoor units and 6 indoor units and offers a pleasant sleep and lingering temperature all year round.
In the event of a stay in the winter months, our central heating warms the entire villa in a cozy and warm way.
Wifi can be received without problems in the entire villa and on the sun terrace near the pool.
