In the heart of a part of Madrid where the most prestigious buildings belonging to the 1920s are located (Bank of Spain, Círculo de Bellas Artes…). In the Barrio de las Letras, Huertas Street is dotted with quotes from former residents, such as Cervantes and Lope de Vega, whose house is now a museum. Nearby, the tree-lined Paseo del Prado leads to the famous Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. There are tapas bars with crowded terraces in Plaza de Santa Ana.

With an area of 65 square meters this fabulous apartment has a very good layout. The room, with an en-suite bathroom, is spacious, equipped with a huge built-in wardrobe and a wonderful King Size 180*200 double bed of good quality, essential for a good rest. The apartment is exterior and takes advantage of all the daylight. Of course, very well thought out, the other room with two single beds overlooks an interior patio so it is very quiet. The windows are climalit, noise proof and sudden changes in temperature.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. The property manager is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
We inform you that due to the City Council carrying out minor works on Madrazo street, it remains closed to traffic. These works do not cause annoying noise in the accommodation. The works will remain active until further notice, thank you for your understanding.
