The property is an impressive traditional Mallorcan villa located in the countryside near the village of Manacor. It has a modern swimming pool with incredible views of the famous vineyards of Pere Seda. The residence has six large rooms consisting of a presidential suite, three queen suites and 2 junior suites. All rooms are equipped with exclusive heating and air conditioning. There are a total of eight bathrooms, four of them full bathrooms en suite, a shared full bathroom with two large bedrooms, a full bathroom serving the pool area and two half bathrooms serving the main kitchen and dining areas of the lower level. In addition to the bathrooms, you can find several living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas and a large dining terrace to enjoy the sunset.
The rooms are spacious with large mattresses of first quality. The two kitchens are fully equipped with all the features, cutlery, crockery and appliances necessary for your enjoyment and comfort, and can accommodate groups of twelve or more guests. The kitchen on the first floor has access to the main dining room and the terrace dining room. The kitchen on the lower level serves the large banquet-style dining room and pool dining room.
Upon arrival at the property, the multi-lingual owner will welcome you and provide you with the keys to the entrance and all the required information. The operation of the facilities will be explained to customers in a comprehensive manner. Guests are kindly requested to inform the owner of their planned arrival in good time. End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accomodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit.

The owner accommodates groups of 6, 8, 10, or 12 guests, opening 3, 4, 5, or 6 bedrooms respectively, based on the group size. All remaining bedrooms will be locked an unavailable for use.
Some rooms in the house will be locked as they contain personel belongings of the owners who use the house during the winter months.
