The homeowner has recently upgraded with a new refrigerator and new Sealy pillowtop mattresses in both bedrooms. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you’re a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.
The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a sectional sofa that can also be pulled out into a full-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. There’s a new Smart TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers scenic views.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
