Obersee Villa is an extra luxury holiday home for 10 people. The detached holiday home has 3 floors and a total usable area of about 150 m2. The Obersee Villa has its own wellness area for total relaxation!
The welcoming living room on the ground floor has a sitting area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio/CD player and a large dining table. The open kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances including a gas hob, combination microwave and dishwasher. The large balcony with outdoor furniture can be accessed from the living room.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms for 2 people. All rooms have two single beds. One of the rooms has a flat-screen TV. This floor also has a bathroom with a bath, washbasin and toilet.
The wellness area is in the basement. There is a sauna, Jacuzzi, shower, washbasin and fitness equipment. There is a separate toilet. There are also 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds and a flat-screen TV.
Naturally, free Wi-Fi is available in your accommodation and at the resort. You can park your car at the main car park a short walk away.
The location of is such that it is not suitable for people in a wheelchair. The villas are built on a slope and therefore not suitable or less suitable for people who have difficulties walking. Most of the apartments and facilities are accessible by a lift and are also suitable for people who have difficulties walking.
