This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse, corner unit condo sleeps 6 with two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. **New paint throughout and new flooring in kitchen, living room, and bathrooms.** It features slope views from the private balcony and vaulted ceilings. Premium linens throughout. Top floor, corner unit location ensures a quiet stay. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you’re a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it’s next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.
The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a Smart TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. Enjoy the cozy sectional that includes a queen-sized, memory foam sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. Unique stair-step windows provide natural light and slope views. The private balcony is just off the main living area and features slope views to the south.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six around a beautiful wood table. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary suite features a new king-sized top rated memory gel bed (2021 model) and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. Both bedrooms offer mountain and slope views.
