This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with king bed in master, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a twin pull-out. Ideally located in the building closest to the gondola and in the heart River Run Village. You’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, you’re a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Black Bear Lodge offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub. Access to Dakota Lodge pool and hot tubs. There are two private balconies, both offering village views. Stainless steel appliances in the updated kitchen and new flooring was installed in the fall of 2020.
The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV next to a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy sectional. Just off the living area is the first of two private balconies offering village views and mountains in the distance....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
