This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex sleeps 6 and features a private hot tub on the outdoor deck. There is a primary suite upstairs and the kitchen has granite countertops. Enjoy the convenience of the two-car garage and private laundry. The Summit Stage bus stop picks up just down the street.
The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a mounted Smart TV and a gas stove with comfortable oversized furniture. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra linens are in a closet. The homeowner has provided a Blu-ray player, DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. The deck is just off the living area and features a private hot tub. Enjoy a good soak with fresh mountain air after a long day of outdoor adventure.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is also a half bath on this main level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Across from the living area is a bonus room.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The primary suite features a queen-sized bed, a mounted Smart TV and a seating area near the closet. The en suite bathroom features a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower with tile surround. Enjoy the added luxury of heated floors and an upgraded shower system. The first and second guest bedrooms both have queen-sized beds and one offers a Smart TV. These bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The private washer and dryer are inside this bathroom. For your convenience laundry detergent is provided.
