Villa Clareta is one of two three bedroom properties that would be ideal to book together for a large gathering, Villa Alita is the neighbouring house that shares the external grounds including the swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The villas are close to each other, yet as they are built on different levels they also both offer much privacy. The Estate is accessed via a small rural track through pretty gates leading into the grounds and parking. With the village of Estoi only 2km’s away, it offers shops, bars and restaurants, with a great atmosphere and good food. Nearby there are some famous roman ruins and the Palace of Estoi which dates to the 19th Century offering a great day trip away from your villa.
