The newly-built Villa Circe is a wonderful architectural gem located six kilometres from the centre of Dubrovnik, above the fjord-like valley of Rijeka Dubrovacka, close to the source of the gorgeous Ombla River. With three exceptional bedroom suites, this stunning villa sleeps 6 guests though there is the opportunity to put two children’s beds in two of the bedrooms. Rich in Mediterranean greenery and clear waters, Rijeka Dubrovacka used to be an exclusive location for summer residences of the Dubrovnik aristocrats at the time of the Republic of Dubrovnik. It is easy to see the appeal of this breathtaking area with views of the Ombla, the sea and the nearby pretty marina. The location is peaceful, secluded and stunning. At the source of the river, you will find magical waterfalls with blue and green hues surrounded by lush greenery. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
