You will not need to drive your entire stay. Fully Self contained for modern living, large grassed yard, shaded with peppermint trees with large verandah and outdoor Bbq area. Bedrooms can be modified to cater for 1 extra fold out bed if required as well for the bigger family. A perfect location for day trips to Dunsborough, Margaret River and the major wineries, restaurant and craft breweries on offer. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company. You will not need to drive your entire stay if you also choose. Pets are permitted but guests must be aware the yard is not enclosed. No parties Sorry but we do not let out to School leavers due to the quiet neighbourhood. Additional note: - $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.  - ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in. - Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay. This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
