Spend your days in Ronald lounging on the shores of Cle Elum Lake and enjoying fantastic amenities at the activity center around the corner. This second-floor condo enjoys a lovely setting in Roslyn Ridge, with the surrounding mountains visible from the balcony. An easy stroll leads to the outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, playground, and sports courts at the activity center (which are available for a daily fee), with beautiful Speelyi Beach on Cle Elum Lake less than two miles up the road. As you enter, the first thing you’ll notice is the abundance of natural light, with large windows and glass balcony doors allowing sunshine to pour in. Use the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a few appetizers and light the gas grill for an evening barbecue. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
