Spend your days in Ronald lounging on the shores of Cle Elum Lake and enjoying fantastic amenities at the activity center around the corner. This second-floor condo enjoys a lovely setting in Roslyn Ridge, with the surrounding mountains visible from the balcony. An easy stroll leads to the outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, playground, and sports courts at the activity center (which are available for a daily fee), with beautiful Speelyi Beach on Cle Elum Lake less than two miles up the road. As you enter, the first thing you’ll notice is the abundance of natural light, with large windows and glass balcony doors allowing sunshine to pour in. Use the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a few appetizers and light the gas grill for an evening barbecue. After sitting down for dinner either inside or outside, you can build a fire, gather on the sofa, and settle in for a movie night. A washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a second smart TV in the primary bedroom are provided as well. Guests will love the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center, featuring a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, athletic courts, and an exercise room - typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day yearly. Just minutes away, you’ll find Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia Resort, the Yakima River, and endless hiking and biking trails. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this home offers the perfect balance of both.
