This second-floor guest suite sits two blocks south of Delaney Park, with downtown Anchorage waiting just beyond. You’ll be able to walk to New Sagaya City Market, Kaladi Brothers Coffee, an assortment of renowned restaurants, and the shores of Cook Inlet, with jogging and biking paths only blocks away.
The suite shares its property with a main house, but it has a separate and private entrance. Ascend a flight of interior stairs to find a bright living space with large windows and high ceilings. There’s a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a table where you can sit down for breakfast or reply to emails in the afternoons, and a leather sofa where you can curl up to stream your Netflix favorites. You’ll also have a washer/dryer in the hallway, one bedroom, and one full bathroom.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
