The sparkling full kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to prepare memorable meals and beach snacks. Take in the views of the surrounding neighborhood and nature from the comfort of your covered deck. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and an on-site washer/dryer. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
