The ensuite bathroom includes a luxurious bathtub and a walk-in shower for your convenience. For families, the villa’s stunning family bedroom is a real treat, boasting a king-sized bed, a twin bed, and a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom. Two more bedrooms, complete with queen-size beds, private bathrooms and garden views, accommodate another four guests in luxury, while a double room overlooking the ocean and another overlooking the pool area complete the sleeping quarters in the main house. The second villa is perfect for additional guests joining a larger family and features a cosy living space and well-equipped kitchen, in addition to a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Not allowed. The following can be contracted at an extra cost: - Cleaning 3 Hours Per Day €60 per day or €420 per week - Bicycle €25 per day or €110 per week - Buggy €2450 per week - Cot €8 per day or €56 per week - High Chair €6 per day or €42 per week - Extra Beds €50 per day or €300 per week Flexible. Extra €250 to be paid with the balance to OT. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. Smoking & Vaping are not permitted. 7 nights For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €100 per night (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. Tourist Tax not applicable. Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
