The Home
Golden Cape House is a beautiful, stone property situated in a peaceful and quiet area of Bol, on the island of Brac. Bol is known as a paradise for surfers and boasts certainly the most beautiful beach in the Adriatic; Zlatni rat beach, somewhere you must visit during your stay!
The villa is cosy and comfortable, although the property is not big, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over three floors, the rooms become spacious and bright. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living area, with a small kitchen-diner and a relaxed seating area opening out to the sunny terrace. Up one floor, there is a lovely double bedroom, with its own private terrace looking out over the sea, a truly glorious wake-up every morning for the duration of your stay. It is hard to beat unless you go up one more floor and find the twin bedroom, with its own comfy sofa area and another beautiful balcony, with a small table and chairs...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
