El Cortijo is set in the most luxurious fourteen-acre garden, with an abundance of fruit trees and a horse paddock in the heart of the Andalusian hills. The villa has been restored without getting rid of its wonderful character and features and is a gem to stay in!
With seven bedrooms, all being en-suite except for one, and a solar-heated pool hidden away from the house, it is ideal for a family holiday. On the ground floor, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, the spacious and comforting living and dining room, and two of the seven bedrooms. These bedrooms both have private access via the exterior, so they are great for those who want a bit of privacy. Upstairs are the rest of the stunning bedrooms, with most of them featuring a choice of either a super king-size bed or two twin beds, making it even more accessible for several families. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
