Stunning beachfront Suites Wi-Fi East of Progreso

Welcome to this absolutely unique hacienda-style suites, a huge beachfront property, located between Progreso and Chicxulub Puerto, that is the most elegant residencial area in Yucatán. The property have been recently remodelled and now it offers 13 simple bedroom and 1 double bedroom, each one with en-suite bathroom, for a total of 30 guests. The double bedroom has 2 en-suite bathrooms and can take up to 4 guests. The cleaning fee includes the daily services of a cleaning lady. The Space: All the common areas are large enough to accommodate a large group, from the parking inside the front patio, to the living room, the dinning room, the swimming-pool or the front yard overviewing the beach and the Ocean. The bedrooms have separate entrance, suites style, and are built around a beautiful garden with coloured tropical plants. All the bedrooms have their own terrace, with garden, or pool, or Ocean views. All the bedrooms have Air conditioned units and their en-suite bathroom. There are extra bathrooms for the swimming-pool area and the living room area. The swimming pool was designed with 2 lanes for swimming, but also with a shallow area for children. It has recycling and filtering system and it is being cleaned on daily basis. The front yard is covered in lushy lawn, and there is even a sand covered area, dedicated to having a romantic bonfire after the sunset. From the front yard, the guests can access the beach directly, through a couple of stairs going down to the Ocean. Guest Access: The guests shall have access to the whole property. Interaction with Guests: Marina will be your dedicated hostess and will hand over all the needed details during your check-in. The Neighborhood: This area is the highest end residential area located between Progreso and Chicxulub Puerto. There are a few grocery stores near-by. Getting Around: We recommend our guests renting a few cars or a van, or a mini-bus rentals, but if you don’t want to drive, we suggest using Uber or Didi, which work perfectly fine in this area. However, they will not accept more than 3-4 passengers at a time. Other Things to Note: Although Yucatán is the safest Mexican state, we recommend you stay vigillant and never leave the sliding doors or the BR doors unlocked, as we cannot guarantee the safety of your valuables. Other things to note: Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC. Please notice we only provide 1 water jug, toilet paper and clean towels at your arrival, also we leave extra garbage bags at the bottom of each garbage bin, after you finish those, you can buy more at any convenience store.
