This residential Condominium is a hidden gem of privacy and luxury perfectly placed between Progreso and Chicxulub Puerto, one block from the white sandy beach or the Gulf of Mexico. The condominium was built around the tropical, lush vegetation, preserving as much as they could. It offers generous common areas that include: a large swimming-pool on the ground-floor, with shaded lounging area, an amazing rooftop with the most breathtaking views and sunsets, and another picnic area on the ground-floor. The Space: The unit #104C is located on the ground floor, right by the inviting, large and refreshing swimming-pool. The unit has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a nice terrace where you will lie in the hammock or on the sunloungers and relax. The unit has 2 TV Sets with Izzi TV channels and 20MB download internet speed. The master bedroom has a King Size bed and a 2nd TV Set, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Lots of windows and natural light when needed. All windows are equipped with blackouts. The bathroom is large and comfortable and generally speaking the unit is equipped with all the amenities that will make you feel at home in this piece of hidden Paradise. The rooftop is absolutely amazing, being furnished and equipped with a toilet and a barbeque, where you would only need to bring your preferred meat cuts and the needed coal or briquettes and enjoy a dinner al Fresco while admiring the lovely sea view. One step outside the main gate, you will see the beach just one block away, and follow the sandy path to the sea. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the common areas of the building such as: free parking on premises, where first come is first served, the swimming-pool with palapa and lounging/sitting areas, the shower and bathroom on the ground floor level, the picnic/dining area inside the patio, or rooftop terrace with palapa and bathroom. Interaction with Guests: Marina will be your dedicated hostess and will hand over all the needed details during your check-in. The Neighborhood: The condominium is placed at a 6 minutes bike ride from the Centro of Progreso. So we suggest you rent a car or bikes if you don’t like to walk. However, if you enjoy walking on the beach towards the Malecon of Progreso, it is just a 15 minutes walk. Getting Around: Ask us about tours and trips around the unique state of Yucatán and we will gladly send you our suggestions. Other things to note: Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC. Please notice we only provide 1 water jug, toilet paper and clean towels at your arrival, also we leave extra garbage bags at the bottom of each garbage bin, after you finish those, you can buy more at any convenience store. 6. By the Playa Chacá Condominio Rules: it is forbidden to bring any guest that stays for the night. Failing to observe this rule will result in a 3,000 pesos fine (about $150.00) and the respective guest shall be charged via Airbnb. Thanks!
