Hunter House is a 4300 four-bedroom, three-bath, organic mid-century home with floor to ceiling windows and 1.27 acres that offer multiple levels of water features, patio entertainment, and serenity in the heart of Memphis!
Designed by native Arkansas architect, E. Fay Jones, whom the American Institute of Architects stated is "one of the 10 most influential architects of the 20th century”, Hunter House is accompanied by Jones’ other works including the famous Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs, Stoneflower Cottage in Heber Springs, and the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Due to the nature and history of the dwelling, we cannot accept pets on the property.
- - There is no smoking allowed inside the home or on the property. The Hunter House is a no-smoking property.
- - Minimum age to rent is 25
- - Max occupancy is 9
- - No parties or events
- - DO NOT use the fireplace
- - DO NOT place drinks directly on the wood
- - DO NOT use space heaters in the bathrooms
- - DO NOT go through the shed outside or indoor cabinetry in the hall or laundry room
- - ONLY small cars can park under the overhang carport
- - DO NOT move any furniture
