Located in an excellent central spot in the Medieval part of Bury, this smart first floor apartment forms part of a small, newly converted building surrounded by a vast array of superb restaurants, bars, shops and local attractions – ideal for a city break or a base from which to work in the town.
Interiors are beautifully designed with a well-equipped living/kitchen/dining room at the front where you can cater at home, set up a desk to catch up on work, or simply relax in comfort; a stylish bedroom with king size bed sits quietly at the back; and a chic modern shower room where the double shower cubicle has both rain and hand-held shower heads.
There’s permit parking close by so you can leave your car and explore on foot. or pop to the shops with Waitrose round the corner. Alternatively leave the car at home as the train station’s an interesting 17 minute walk through the heart of town.

The door from Guildhall Street (operated by a buzzer for security) opens into a courtyard where you’ll find the key safe before mounting the metal staircase to the apartment door exclusively. The door opens into the hall with access to the bedroom, bathroom and living room.
LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
This light and airy room has kitchen units against one wall housing a Bosch oven with ceramic hob, a washer/dryer, an under counter fridge, a free standing microwave, kettle and toaster. The sitting area has a comfy sofa positioned for watching the wall mounted TV and there’s a table with a couple of chairs which can be used for dining or as a work station.
BEDROOM
A king size bed takes pride of place in this stylish carpeted bedroom, between bedside units with a chest of drawers and hanging rail so you can unpack fully and settle in.

OUTSIDE
The apartment is conveniently close to the heart of town with all the historic buildings, restaurants, shops and attractions on the doorstop. The pretty Guildhall, dating back to 1279, is in the oldest continuously-used civic building in Britain and is open to the public for a range of fascinating exhibitions throughout the year, so do check dates on the website before booking. It proudly boasts a World War Two Royal Observer Corps Control Centre which is well worth a visit, and has some concerts.
