Our 2BR Blue House was built in 2020 and combines modern and tropical features, as well as a huge private pool facing the jungle for 100% privacy.    The Blue House or Casa Azul is located within the GREEN private gated community of Palmas Pacifica, at a 5 min drive from Quepos and 20 min from Manuel Antonio beach & NP.This fully equipped tropical home is the perfect option for nature lovers, as it’s surrounded by forest, yet close to Quepos and all its commodities and Manuel Antonio and its beautiful beaches. Amenities include 30Mbps Fiber Optic internet, AC in bedrooms, Hot Water, Smart TV, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Private Pool and Outdoor Showers. The space The Blue House features two spacious bedrooms with AC, both with modern en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and large closets.The centrally located kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, island, oven & stove, dishwasher, all kitchenware & utensils as well as cooking basics.In the front a large pool connects to the living areas through a large deck with outdoor furniture. All areas open up to the deck & pool through electric curtains that create a large open space when opened up during the day.PLEASE NOTE!- The rates for this rental are designed to be more accessible for smaller groups, so be sure to include the right guest number to get an accurate quote. Rates are the same for 1-2 guests, after that there is an extra guest fee of $20 per person per night for each extra guest.- Damages to the property or its content that occur during your stay will be charged to you. Please consider purchasing trip protections.  Guest access You and only you will have access to all the areas of this home, indoors and outdoors. Other things to note Please ALWAYS close all windows & electric curtains when using the AC. Turn off the AC when not at home or when opening the electric curtains.
