This elegant beach house redefines the idea of island comfort and old Florida charm. Crafted with the details in mind, this home features allnew furniture and bedding throughout. Every room of the house has a unique ambiance combining color, textures, and accent lighting. Smart electronic technologies have been implemented throughout the home. This tech includes motionactivated lights, decorative night lights, an electronic lock on the main door, four individuallycontrolled climate zones, and a programmable colorchanging LED light in the pool. The kitchen, with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and colorful details, is fully equipped with anything you might need. While inside the house, be sure to check out the spiral staircase which leads to a cozy loft. The outdoor area is one of the most spacious on the island with a large heated freeform pool, plentiful seating, tropical greenery, and a private outdoor movie theater with a 144 screen. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the narrow part of Anna Maria Island. Guests can see the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercostal Water from the windows. THINGS TO KNOW The free island trolley is nearby for transportation. A high chair and booster seat are available for use. Guests must use their own accounts to access TV streaming services. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
