Located directly on the golf course, this two-story townhouse is calling your name! All brand new (new paint and furniture), this home away from home provides you and your lovely guests access to the community outdoor swimming pool and a great location near everything Moab has to offer, such as the Arches National Park and a plethora of outdoor activities (kayaking, hiking, biking, among others). Many local activities are possible from this prime central location; explore petroglyphs on the mountains within walking distance. Or partake in relaxing boat rides or ATV and electric bike rentals for the more adventurous crowds.
This retreat back opens to the golf course, offering tremendous views, primarily from your private back patio. This remarkable outdoor space features the best private hot tub in the community, a couple of beach chairs, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues with your loved ones. Inside, the sunny living area boasts an inviting sofa near one of the gas fireplaces and smart TV with streaming apps built in. Spend your evenings at home streaming a favorite show or playing board games at the five-person dining table off of the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to show off your cooking skills to your group. This level is also home to a brand new washer/dryer in the kitchen, one bedroom with direct patio access, a large closet, and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. One guest bedroom has a second gas fireplace and another smart TV.

Streaming is available using your own accounts. There is no cable available.
The bunk beds are youth beds with a max weight limit of 150 lbs.
There are no bubbles in the hot tub.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
