Extra Charges If necessary, gas for heating must be paid on the spot at a charge of €1 per M3. A Refundable Security Deposit of € 200 must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. Please note that the check-in time is 16.00-20.00 and the check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in time has to be previously agreed upon. For check-ins after 20.00, an extra fee of € 50 is to be paid on the spot. Tourist tax to be paid on site: €1,5/ person/ day, up to 7 days. Guests up to 14 years are exempt. In Camaiore, guests will find everything, from shops to restaurants for a carefree self-serviced stay. Whilst in Camaiore, a number of historic structures are a must-visit, including the Badia di San Pietro, Collegiata di Santa Maria Assunta and Villa Borbone delle Pianore. All of them are a quick 10-15 minutes drive from the holiday apartment. Guests are also strategically placed to enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches of the Ligurian coast as Lido di Camaiore is 20 minutes, Viareggio is 25 minutes and Forte dei Marmi is 35-minutes drive away. Plus, for day trips, the art city of Lucca is a 40-minutes by car. The nearest airport is Pisa, approximately a 45-minute drive from this holiday apartment in Camaiore!
