Set in the hills above the town of Camaiore, near Viareggio, this lovely apartment is a great destination for families or friends.
The apartment is spread over 2 floors and a further gallery opens up over the double bedroom. It can sleep up to 6 people in comfort. Most of the rooms have absolutely stunning views out over the Tuscan hills. The living area, dining room and open-plan kitchen are on the ground floor, with a door opening directly onto the garden and terrace. The interiors are sensitively restored with pale beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. There is a sofa with a flat-screen TV and a round dining table for 6 people. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a cooker hob, drip coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
The bedrooms are reached via an attractively tiled staircase next to the kitchen.
Outside there is a paved terrace with an elegant wrought iron table and chairs, shaded by and large parasol. Here guests can dine al fresco.
Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool and a larger garden area. The pool has sun-loungers and parasols where guests can relax and enjoy the countryside.

Bedroom 1: An attractive, airy master bedroom with a double bed, extensive wardrobes and large windows looking out over the valley.
Bedroom 2: This cosy, double bedroom is on a mezzanine gallery above the master bedroom. There is a double bed tucked away under the eaves. The ceiling has a max height of 1.80m, a min of 1.20m.
Bedroom 3: Across the landing from the master bedroom, this room has 2 single beds and a large window with beautiful views.

Bathroom 1: This independent bathroom on the landing, has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 2: A sunny, yellow-tiled bathroom with a basin, bidet and WC.

This apartment is ideally located to get the very best of Tuscany, 25 minutes from the well-known beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. The pretty town of Camaiore is just 10 minutes away by car. Here guests will find various food shops for groceries.
Lucca, a treasure trove of Medieval and Renaissance architecture, is a 40-minute drive. Lucca’s massive Renaissance walls are not to be missed. You can hire a bicycle and ride around the ramparts. The central circular piazza is also worth a visit. It is one of Tuscany’s most beautiful destinations. There is a daily food market in Lucca in Piazza del Carmine. Here you can pick up the best local ingredients to cook at home.
Pisa, with its famous Leaning Tower, is just 55 minutes away. The city has a daily market (except Sunday), the Mercato delle Vettovaglie, in the Piazza Vettovaglie. Pisa also has a flea market on the second weekend of the month, in Piazza delle Cavaliere, it is a treasure trove full of hidden gems.
The closest international airport is at Pisa, just 50 minutes from the apartment.
