Wolfe Cottage is an elegant 4-bedroom beach house with gorgeous ocean views, a relaxing private pool, billiards room, and plenty of space for you and your family to relax and enjoy each other on your trip to St. Simons. Few homes on the Island have views like Wolfe Cottage - with ocean views from the living room, patio, master suite, and master patio you can watch the Atlantic Ocean, Gould’s Inlet, and Sea Island beyond. The house has an open floor plan with plenty of spaces to share or spread out - starting your day with coffee on the master patio and enjoying the ocean views. Then after a morning walk on the beach and a lunch on the covered patio directly off the chef’s kitchen, enjoy the pool in the afternoon and the billiards room in the evening. We have a large family room and 3 patios to choose from for evening relaxing and conversation.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Must be age 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend, guests must be age 30+ or kids with their parents, no student groups; we cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
- Property is in a quiet neighborhood, please take any noise inside after 10pm per Glynn County noise ordinance.
- This is a no-smoking property.
- No parties, events, or weddings.
- For pet friendly properties, a $150 pet fee applies. Dogs only, limited to 30lbs or less.
- Guests will be asked to sign the rental agreement.
