Located in the historic Hyman Heights district on an expansive property, Bonnie Haven is a serene retreat within walking distance of charming downtown Hendersonville and Patton Park.
Bonnie Haven is perfect for large families and groups to enjoy time together in the spacious family room, chef’s kitchen, front parlor, and upstairs game room while also offering plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some privacy within the separate guest suite living spaces. The home is perfect for individual groups to gather while also retaining the intimacy and quiet of their own private space where families can rest. Start your mornings sipping coffee in a rocking chair on the gorgeous river rock craftsman style front porch listening to the multitude of birds. Choose a book from the floor to ceiling built-in library and cozy up in one of the many living spaces. Cook and gather for meals in the chef’s kitchen and beautiful open concept dining room. Enjoy the local forests and abundant hiking trails within a short drive. Take a leisurely walk down the street to Patton Park where you can find a variety of activities including tennis/basketball/racquetball courts, a playground, and a swimming pool.
Spend the evening together around the large fire pit making smores, unwinding in the hot tub, playing games in the family room, or enjoying drinks in front of the river rock fireplace in the Parlor. Kids can be entertained with games or a movie in the upstairs game room while adults relax in the downstairs living spaces perhaps enjoying a movie night of their own! Bonnie Haven is a family friendly home. We offer two pack and plays, a highchair, and a selection of children’s books to accommodate small children.
The home is located on a quiet residential street. We strive to be courteous neighbors; therefore, quiet hours and respect of the property are strictly enforced.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private and quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
PETS: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
