Sit down and relax in the living room, featuring a large wood burning fireplace, flat screen Smart TV, and comfortable seating for all. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances.The dining room, with a large natural wood table for 8, and 6 nearby kitchen bar stools provides plenty of space for your group to connect. If you enjoy cooking, there are fresh herbs from our gardens including rosemary, chives, thyme, and parsley located atop several walls around the house. You have 2 options for grilling, a gas grill on the upper level and on the lower level you’ll find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with all unbreakable glasses, dinnerware, mini-fridge, running water and a second gas grill to bar-b-que.With 4 guest rooms and 5 beds, there will be no shortage of space. Everyone is sure to enjoy a restful sleep with high-end mattresses and modern, comfortable décor. The upper-level has a king primary ensuite bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and a comfortable second bedroom with a queen sized bed. Open the sliding glass door in the primary suite to hear the soothing sound of Trantham Creek. There are two more guest rooms on the lower level, one with a king size bed and the other with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). In the bunk room, you will find a desk with a monitor, a mini-fridge, a microwave and Keurig for your convenience!The lower level has a large family room with views of the Japanese Garden and plenty of space for everyone, with comfortable seating. This level also has a second Smart TV and a small dining table. Wifi is available for streaming on all TV’s including streaming the local cable tv channels. However, you will no doubt spend most of your time enjoying the wonderful outdoor living environment that can be enjoyed year-round.
