A truly incredible setting awaits at this lovely home two-and-a-half miles from Granby Ranch, where you’ll have spectacular views of nightly sunsets, the surrounding mountains and valley, and beautiful wildlife that occasionally wander onto the property.
Ideal for family reunions, wedding groups, and company retreats, this home is the perfect all-season destination with countless recreational opportunities nearby. You’re just minutes from Granby Ranch, an easy drive from Winter Park Resort and Rocky Mountain National Park, and close to area golf courses and trails, with a heated garage waiting to welcome you back.
This two-level home is full of luxe details to make your stay comfortable and convenient, including whole-house mesh WiFi, eight smart TVs (with one in each bedroom), and a hand-painted wall mural. The outdoor areas are incredibly special as well, offering an expansive wraparound deck with commanding views and a six-burner gas grill, a walk-out patio below, and a gas firepit where you can roast marshmallows each evening.
Inside, the main (upper) floor features a light-filled living room with a gas fireplace and a big-screen 4K TV, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and space to dine at both a peninsula breakfast bar and an adjacent dining table. Another fantastic living space awaits downstairs, offering a pool table, two TVs, and an additional kitchenette with bar seating.
The bedrooms are well-placed for privacy, with three on the main floor and two more downstairs. The spacious primary suite includes a premium mattress, direct access to the deck, and a large bathroom with a jetted tub. One of the downstairs bedrooms is a Camp-Ivanhoe-themed bunk room that’s ideal for kids.

MHOA rules and regulations:
Trailers, campers, RVs, and boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway overnight.
ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and any other off-road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.
All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 p.m.
Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are never permitted.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
