Drop your beach gear here and walk into the wide open and airy kitchen-living-dining area. Cathedral ceilings and lovely wood floors with lots of windows invite you to take a deep breath and relax. This might be where you practice your morning yoga‚Äîor sip a beverage while curled up on the comfy furniture. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a south-side deck/patio where you can take your morning coffee and gaze out at the huge evergreens while you relax and figure out your adventure for the day. Gather in the afternoon and have a BBQ with your friends and family or take a walk down the steps to the firepit and enjoy S’mores and a campfire. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
