This brand-new rustic, cozy home is approximately 4,500 square feet on three and a half acres, surrounded by San Juan National Forest and the Weminuche Wilderness Area with plenty of parking for your entire group. Giant views of the San Juan Mountains off the back deck and through the picture windows from the large living room/kitchen area. You’ll have a game room downstairs and a gas fireplace in the living area. The game room, with a full standing bar, has a regulation-size pool table and a downstairs back deck area, which has a secluded six-person hot tub with awesome views of the stars and the national forest and wildlife. The dining room and kitchen area can seat up to 16 people, and the firepit will help to bring the perfect atmosphere. You’ll even have a gas grill on the main deck. Watch movies on a large TV in a theater that seats six in leather reclining chairs. There is also a gaming system in this room. A Pack ’n Play and a high chair will accommodate younger guests. This secluded property is gated for your security and is close to Pagosa Springs, Durango, and Wolf Creek Ski Area.
