Roof replacement project in Shipyard is scheduled to start on March 28, 2025, and is expected to take approximately 8-9 months to complete. While work is ongoing, residents and guests may remain in their units, as all units will remain accessible. However, please be aware that there will be noise and construction activity during work hours. The work is done in sections so not all properties will be affected at the same time. Please contact Property Manager for more information regarding the approximate schedule for your unit.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
