To one side of this living space is a polished, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island breakfast bar, and a table with built-in bench seating. To the other is a light-filled family room with a comfortable sofa, a streaming-capable TV, and a sitting area by the window.
A second, more casual lounge space awaits downstairs in the bonus room, which includes another TV, a second refrigerator, and ample space for kids to play.

About the area
Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, is a quintessential New England coastal town that offers a charming blend of maritime history, scenic beauty, and a touch of American political legacy. Known for its association with the Kennedy family, Hyannis Port is not just a destination for history buffs but also for those seeking a serene seaside getaway.
The area's main attraction is the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum, which provides an intimate look at the life of the 35th President and his deep ties to Cape Cod. The museum features photographs, artifacts, and multimedia exhibits that tell the story of JFK's time spent in the region, offering a personal glimpse into the Kennedy family's life.
Hyannis Port also serves as a gateway to the rest of Cape Cod, with its picturesque harbor where visitors can embark on whale-watching excursions, deep-sea fishing trips, and ferry rides to the beautiful islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The harbor area is bustling with activity, and the sight of boats bobbing on the water against a backdrop of historic homes is quintessentially New England.
For beach lovers, the sandy shores of Hyannis Port are inviting, with Craigville Beach being one of the most popular spots for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the Atlantic Ocean's waves. The warm waters of Nantucket Sound make the beaches in this area particularly appealing for families.
Golf enthusiasts will find several well-maintained courses in the area, offering a chance to play a round in a scenic setting. Meanwhile, those interested in the arts can visit the Cape Cod Melody Tent, a unique theater-in-the-round that hosts a variety of musical and comedy acts throughout the summer season.
The town's Main Street is lined with boutique shops, art galleries, and restaurants serving fresh seafood and local cuisine. The Cape Cod Potato Chips factory, located nearby, offers tours for those interested in seeing how these famous snacks are made.
