A large and welcoming family residence located directly on the shores of Bantry Bay at Ballylickey, Co. Cork. In all there are 6 bedrooms so this holiday home can comfortably accommodate 12 people. What is truly unique about this very special property is its location on the water with its private pontoon providing direct access to the Bay along with the privacy provided by the stunning gardens.
This would be a wonderful place to vacation with your extended family or for a get- together with friends. The property is stylishly decorated yet at the same welcoming and homely. There is a large, sitting room running along the rear of the property with windows overlooking the Bay along with an adjoining TV lounge. From here there is also access to the west-facing terrace, the outdoor Jacuzzi and the bay beyond.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY - please respect the owners wishes on this matter.
- The price includes: bed linen, towels and all other household linen. Change of bed linen by request, not included in the price. Housekeeping can also be provided at an additional charge.
- Kayaks are available for your use during your stay however if you wish to use them you must wear the lifejackets supplied.
