Total there are 4 bedrooms, 2 living room, 2 kitchen, 1 dining room, 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets.
★ 1st apartment there are 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
☆ 1st bedroom is Primary bedroom. There is 1 queen bed. There are also bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and toilet inside.
☆ 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds.
☆ Living room there is 1 big sofa.
☆ Dining room there is big dining table come with 6 table chairs.
☆ Kitchen room there are basic kitchenware and basic tableware.
☆ Laundry room there are washing machine and dryer machine.
★ 2nd apartment there are 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
☆ 3rd bedroom there are 4 single beds.
☆ 4th bedroom there are 4 single beds.
☆ Living room there is 1 big sofa.
☆ Kitchen room there are basic kitchenware and basic tableware.

Long stay possible
There is limited parking at our place. If guest need parking, please contact us before completing reservation. Because we need to reserve parking for guest first. If guest do not get confirmation about parking from our staff or drive car to our place without inform us. You might need to park car at pay parking nearby our place.
You can check in by yourself. We can not meet you in check in time. Please read our check in detail and our guide before your travel. Please plan your trips carefully. If you have any question, feel free to check with us in advance for confirm your travel.
Other things to note
1. Please check in after 3 p.m. only.
＊If guest arrive Sapporo earlier than 3 p.m., please leave your luggage with coin locker around train station and subway station such as Sapporo Station.
2. Please check out before 11 a.m. Guest can not leave luggage after check out. If guest leave luggage after check out, guest might get an extra charge because it will make the cleaning staff can not clean house and let them work difficulty.
3. Please check the number of guests before completing your reservation or after 24 hours before your check-in time (15:00 pm. of the day before your check-in date). We will charge you 2400 yen per person x number of guest + 50,000 yen for changing the number of people. Towels and bedding (Bed linens) are prepared based on the number of guests only.
4. This apartment is managed under the permission of Japanese government. It is an accommodation run officially.According to Japanese law, we need to ask all guests to submit a registration form by check in with our tablet. Please follow this information inside tablet and do every instruction and provide information that we were requested.
5. If you want to throw away large items such as old suitcases, please inform me first since it is not free of charge.
6. Our cleaning staff will take care of your garbage after you check out. So please DO NOT take out any of your garbage outside the room, and DO NOT leave them on the balcony/veranda. Please tie up all your garbage for easy disposal. Long-stay guests who wish to remove the garbage from the apartment can message us and we will help you with garbage disposal. If the trash is full, please inform us only. You can not take it to outside the house. If you take garbage outside, you will be charge from government.
7. In winter time (from November to March), I recommend you to buy special steel bites for your shoes to prevent from slipping on icy roads. They really help! You can buy them at Lawson in New Chitose Airport or most convenience stores in town.
Roads get very icy and slippery in snowy Hokkaido, so please be aware and prepared!
8. Prohibited to smoke inside the house. If our cleaning staff can notice there is cigaret smell inside the house, guest might get extra charge for clean the house and remove the smell from the house.
9. If the property in the room causes loss or damage, as well as soiled bed sheets and beds, compensation shall be made according to the price.
10. Everything in the room can only be used here and cannot be taken away.
11. When nearby the listing, take care not to disturb the neighbours. Please don’t make loud noises, no partying or any other type of loud behaviour.
- Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM.

12. Keep clean when stay inside our apartment or building.
13. Turn EVERYTHING off when leaving the house and lock the door.
14. Please do not visit the neighbouring apartments or houses.
15. Please understand there are no concierge services, daily cleaning, room service, etc as there is in hotels.
16. If you extend your reservation on the morning of your check-out date, you will have to pay the cleaning cancellation fee. Because we may have to pay cancellations fee because our cleaners may already be on their way to the apartment. If you want to extend your stay, please advise us at least 48 hours before your check-out.
