This beautiful penthouse exudes charm in all its rooms as it was designed and decorated to provide maximum comfort, Its beautiful living room was decorated with selected high-end furniture. The balcony is one of the highlights of the house, with incredible views of the entire neighborhood and the grandiose mountains that surround the city and has wooden sofas with pillows to rest while enjoying the view.
The dining room is simple and charming with ornaments of decoration from all parts of Brazil, featuring a large wooden table with capacity for 12 people. For entertainment, the penthouse has a TV room with several channels and a games room with a ping-pong table and foosball ideal for both children and adults. The American style kitchen is well equipped and fully modernized with excellent appliances and two hoods that filter and inhibit odors.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Pets are subject to approval
