The balcony is one of the highlights of the house, with incredible views of the entire neighborhood and the grandiose mountains that surround the city and has wooden sofas with pillows to rest while enjoying the view. The dining room is simple and charming with ornaments of decoration from all parts of Brazil, featuring a large wooden table with capacity for 12 people. For entertainment, the penthouse has a TV room with several channels and a games room with a ping-pong table and foosball ideal for both children and adults. The American style kitchen is well equipped and fully modernized with excellent appliances and two hoods that filter and inhibit odors. The 6 suites are comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, double beds, modernized bathrooms and views of the city or the mountains. The two master suites have access to a balcony. On the second floor is the highlight of the penthouse, a large deck with a pool and a grassy area with shrubs. The second floor indoor environment has 2 grills and a second dining table perfect for family celebrations. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
