Modern 1 BR flat in Chatham

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 1. Please read my cancelation policy under the cancelation section. 2. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable to pay a minimum fine of £250 and for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. 3. Standard Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request with a minimal fee. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time without approval and/or delay from my housekeeping staff will be charged the minimum fine of £250 plus the equivalent rate of night/nights affected plus cleaner reschedule and or cancellation charge. 4. Please contact me If you are booking within your city of residence. 5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed (quiet time is between 8 PM and 8 AM), including on balconies and in shared spaces. These violations are subject to fines plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. 6. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited. 7. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Unauthorized guests will be subject to fines. 8. Pets are not allowed. Violation of my pet policy may result in a fine. I encourage guests with service animals to contact me before their stay. 9. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, and lockouts. Charges may also apply if the keys are not returned on time. The minimum charge is £100. 10. If you would like to extend your booking, please contact me 48 hours prior to check out otherwise extra cleaning charges may apply. 11. Cleaning fee: Regular fee to prepare for your stay (please check the cleaning fee amount upon booking) For bookings longer than 14 days I charge an additional 50% of the cleaning fee OR schedule a mid-stay clean ( this is the same amount as the standard cleaning fee). This also applies to alterations or extensions. Mid-stay cleans include fresh linen, towel change, and replenishment of complementary consumables such as toiletries, etc. If you require more cleaning please let me know. Standard cleaning fee charges will apply. Note: Complimentary supplies are ready for you upon arrival. 12. All extra services like mid-stay clean, early check-in, etc must be paid upon arrival.
